What we collect
Your email address, the name you provide, photos you upload for diagnosis, the text of your diagnostic questions, and basic usage data such as page visits and device type.
How we use it
To create and secure your account, generate AI diagnoses, track your free diagnostic and remaining diagnostic credits, provide support, and improve the service. Photos are sent to our AI provider only to produce your diagnosis.
Payments
One-time payments are processed by Square. We never see or store your card details — we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded so we can add credits to your account.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers required to run WrenchLens (hosting, database, AI processing, payments) or when required by law.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and diagnostic history at any time by contacting support.
