You need an account to run a diagnosis. Keep your login details secure — you are responsible for activity on your account.
Free diagnostic
Each registered user receives 1 free diagnostic when they create an account — no card needed. That free diagnostic allows 1 photo plus a description. Once it is used, a paid credit package is required to continue.
Payments and credits
After your free diagnostic, additional diagnostics are sold as a one-time package: 7 diagnostics for $5.99 USD. This is a single payment — there is no subscription, no recurring billing and no automatic renewal, and no card is kept on file. Credits are added to your account only after Square confirms the payment to our servers. Unused credits do not expire, and buying another package adds 7 more credits to whatever balance you already have. Because credits are delivered immediately, purchases are non-refundable once a credit has been used.
Acceptable use
Do not upload content you do not own, attempt to bypass usage limits, or use WrenchLens for unlawful purposes.
Safety and limitation of liability
WrenchLens provides AI-generated guidance and does not replace a certified mechanic. Estimates and instructions may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always follow proper safety procedures, and consult a professional for safety-critical repairs. You use the guidance at your own risk.
